WAFERMAP OEM licenses are available for metrology equipment manufacturers. The following possibilities are available:

Use WAFERMAP as is

The OEM customers develop an export function in their software to generate WAFERMAP files. Any WAFERMAP license can be used (EDUCATIONAL, ADVANCED, PROFESSIONAL). This is the simplest, fastest, and most economical approach.

Custom Import

Boin GmbH can custom develop an import function for OEM ASCII file formats. In this case, only WAFERMAP PROFESSIONAL can be used. Please contact us for details if you are interested in this approach.
